The Sentra team
Meet Madeleine
Madeleine is a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative Clinical Psychologist who aims to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and respected. She recognises that seeking support can be difficult and focuses on building a genuine therapeutic relationship, working at a pace that feels comfortable for each individual.
Madeleine treats depression and trauma-based conditions and supports neurodivergent individuals. She also has an interest in relational and communication difficulties, helping clients understand interpersonal patterns and develop more effective ways of connecting with others.
She predominantly uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to assist people through their difficulties. Depending on the client’s needs, she may also use strategies based on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy.
Outside of work, Madeleine enjoys long walks and hikes, spending time with family and friends, practising yoga and Pilates, and painting.
